Jez (Jerzy Filatow) founded Blackfly Media in 2009 seeing a gap in the Australian market for quality designed flash media sites, at prices that are affordable and realistic for the small business. An experience project management consultant, he has worked on development and infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom for the past 5 years with major client like Citigroup, Barclays, and Thomson Reuters.
A creative soul, he has kept himself fully appraised of design trends of the market and originally was headed for a career in Graphic Design before technology and management drew him in.
Jez looks after the Sales and Marketing area of the business, as well as QA off all our work. He is a hands on manager getting involved in all facets if the projects lifecycle.

Mal (Malgorzata Filatow) is co-founder of Blackfly Media and also Jezs' wife. She has a long history of experience in Media Advertising, having been key account manager on major projects for global clients such as Unilever, Masterfoods and Nestlé. She has a wealth of knowledge as well as a flair for design.
She is a passionate photographer, and apart on working on the administration of the business, she also works on content creation, QA and back office.
